I love these inserts! I bought a whole years worth and used them daily for my elderly mom. It’s so nice having a journal where I can reference everything regarding her day-to-day health. It literally has everything you need to make note of. The only thing we write in that’s not on there is her pulse next to her Blood Pressure.
